WHAT DO I DO?
In my current role at IBM as Chief of Staff to the CTO, I orchestrate the development and implementation of an IBM Software Platform, housing all IBM products on a unified shell to enhance cross-selling opportunities and streamline customer user experiences.
Before this, I was a Sr. Designer leading design for a pre-sales org at IBM. I did UX research, product design and product management for pilots primarily leveraging AI and machine learning technologies. I was responsible for end-to-end design—managing the pipeline of opportunities, uncovering the client pains, and building wireframes and prototypes to solve those pains using IBM technologies. Iterative end user testing was a given. :)

I focus on identifying and prioritizing high-impact design decisions while embracing rapid, continuous iteration driven by user testing. My experience in crafting user-centric solutions has honed my ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.
